Ibuki Kogyo’s business started with production of electrical appliances, electric dynamometers, selsyn motors, AC/DC electric motors, switchboards and distribution boards etc.

Motor siren was one of their core products supplied in 1926 for air-raid alarm and emergency alarm. Manufacture of motor sirens, steam horns and air horns for ferryboats, warships commenced soon thereafter.

The company, since 1945, focused on production of whistle systems, general alarm systems and automatic fog signal controllers for merchant ships and warships for worldwide market.

IBUKI have accumulated knowledge and technology on acoustics performance required for safe navigation at sea.
