This is designed to skim the top of seabed and collect rocks and sub organism as well. The product is constructed from mild steel, fabricated to contain a chain bag, Sling with weak link and safety sling. The assembly is lowered using winch wire rope through the A-frame from the aft of the ship.
The dredge has a strong mouth section to break the rock outcrops, and collect retain the samples in the chain bag.

Custom sizes are available to suit specific vessel facilities. Can also be equipped with Video Camera at the mouth to monitor types of biological organisms entering the dredge.
